01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

We completed commercial concrete slab restoration, drainage piping repair, and water mitigation for an industrial facility in Vancouver, BC. Our team addressed severe structural deterioration, cracking, and water seepage across the plant floor. We excavated damaged sections, updated subsurface piping, prepped aggregate base layers, and installed vapor barriers with steel reinforcement grids. After pouring high-strength industrial concrete and building dedicated equipment pads, we finished and cured the slabs to ensure durable, leak-free operations.
