01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

We completed a full mechanical and motor maintenance overhaul at a water treatment facility in Chilliwack, BC to restore plant reliability. Our team at ACH Mechanical executed a comprehensive scope including steam line removal and replacement, welding, and fitting upgrades. We serviced complex mechanical piping assemblies, correcting alignment and restoring optimal pressure. Additionally, we repaired damaged electrical conduits and completed full motor replacement, precision alignment, wiring, testing, and commissioning to ensure safe, long-term plant performance.
