Our team was brought in to support a critical maintenance and repair package at a water treatment facility. The project involved mechanical removal, system upgrades, and electrical restoration to bring the plant back to safe, reliable operation. Project Scope: - Steam Line Removal & Replacement Removed existing steam lines, fittings, and outdated components. Completed full maintenance and repair work, including welding, fitting replacement, and system integrity improvements. - Mechanical Repairs & Maintenance Inspected and serviced all associated piping and mechanical assemblies. Repaired worn sections, corrected alignment issues, and restored proper flow and pressure performance. - Electrical Conduit Repairs Addressed multiple electrical issues throughout the facility. Repaired damaged conduits, replaced compromised sections, and ensured proper routing and protection for all electrical runs. - Motor Replacement & Commissioning Removed failing motors and installed new units. Completed alignment, wiring, testing, and commissioning to ensure reliable operation and compliance with plant requirements. Outcome: The project restored both mechanical and electrical reliability across the affected systems.
