Facility Maintenance Shutdown – Millwork & Mechanical Services During this shutdown, our team completed a full maintenance package that included removal, installation, repair, and millwright support across multiple areas of the facility. Project Scope: - Dryer Replacement: Removed aging dryer units and installed new upgraded dryers, ensuring proper alignment, secure mounting, and full operational readiness. - Main Line Repairs & Replacement: Repaired and replaced sections of the existing main line, including welding work, structural reinforcement, and system integrity checks. - Welding & Fabrication: Performed critical weld repairs in designated areas, addressing wear, cracks, and structural fatigue. Fabricated replacement components as needed to restore safe operation. - Millwright Services: Completed precision millwright tasks including equipment removal, installation, alignment, and mechanical adjustments to ensure smooth and reliable performance. Outcome: The shutdown was completed safely and efficiently, with all new equipment installed, existing systems repaired, and machinery brought back online with improved reliability.
