welding pipe caps

This project was located in Delta, British Columbia. The contractor was responsible for installing and welding all the pile caps. However, as the project commenced, the piles were cut unevenly by the previous contractor. To rectify this, we had to repair the uneven cuts by adding appropriate material and welding all the pile caps. Upon receiving the caps, we discovered that the rebar was also cut unevenly. To correct this, we had to straighten the rebar using torching and preparation.
