01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This one took planning in advance. Every door opening was packed with a 3rd stud, every corner checked to flush framing. After drywall hangers were done, we were back to install the doors, install the casing and all the shadow bead before the tapers could continue. All baseboard bead was set at 5”, allowing us to scribe to the hardwood when we came back. It takes time, but looks slick. Every baseboard had to be cut to size, held up with couple of nails, scribed and then installed. Takes double the time. Homeowner and contractor was happy!
