Custom Boathouse & Sea-Doo Lift on Lake of Bays

We designed and built this custom boathouse on Lake of Bays, featuring premium Ipe decking and an innovative retractable Sea-Doo lift. One of the standout elements is the custom motorized Sea-Doo lift built by our team. At the push of a button, the personal watercraft launch smoothly into the water and retract fully inside the boathouse, keeping them secure and protected from the elements. From the durable Ipe hardwood decking and finished wood wall panels to the full-view glass overhead doors and standing-seam metal roofing, every detail was completed with precision and care.
