We managed every stage of construction on this lakeside property, beginning with subfloor framing, wall construction, crane-assisted truss setting, and roof sheathing. The build was enclosed with high-performance weather barrier and finished with durable horizontal wood-tone siding, bold black modern gables, energy-efficient black-framed windows, and integrated decking.
