Built by Francisco Gomez
Built by
Francisco GomezWe managed the custom construction of Capuchinas House in Querétaro, México, featuring precision concrete block masonry and bespoke detailing. The project centers around a specially designed concrete block with an interlocking tongue-and-groove system that eliminates vertical joints. This allows for exact modulation and a continuous, refined finish across exterior and interior walls. From site supervision to detail execution and construction drawings, we integrated architectural logic with structural craftsmanship, delivering seamless transitions between openwork masonry screens, glass facades, and warm interior living spaces.
