Floating Composite Deck for Park Model Trailer

We built this custom 600-square-foot L-shaped floating composite deck with integrated stairs for a park model trailer on a sloped site. Because the ground drops significantly, the structure stands over nine feet off the ground at its highest point, supported by a heavy-duty timber frame with robust cross-bracing. We finished the exterior with horizontal composite skirting to enclose the lower foundation and built wide access stairs leading down to the yard.
