Custom Timber Frame Firewood Shed on Lakeside Patio

I built this custom heavy timber frame firewood shed on a lakeside patio to store firewood and conceal an outdoor hose bib and electrical plug. The client requested substantial, heavy-duty timbers for a distinctive look by the waterfront. Constructed with traditional timber framing techniques, the structure features solid posts, custom joinery details, slatted side rails for ventilation, and a pitched wood shingle roof. It provides durable, covered firewood storage right next to the outdoor fire pit while keeping utility connections tidy and hidden from view.
