Edwardian Attic Conversion to 2 Bedrooms

The Carpenter's Daughter

Built by The Carpenter's Daughter

01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This Edwardian home attic conversion transformed an unfinished third floor into two spacious bedrooms and shared common space. Completed as part of a whole-home renovation, we opened up the unused attic framing to create bright, functional living areas. The finished rooms highlight the architectural character of the house with exposed timber collar ties, vaulted ceilings, and rich hardwood flooring, blending historic charm with comfortable modern living.
