The Carpenter's Daughter

01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Complete 1875 farmhouse renovation featuring a relocated open-concept kitchen, full mechanical updates, and historic trim restoration. We relocated the kitchen to the south-east side and removed walls to improve flow and highlight exterior views. Work included asbestos removal, waterproofing, insulation, drywall, and radiant heat alongside all-new electrical and plumbing. We replicated original wood windows, installed new flooring and bathroom finishes, and carefully removed, stripped, and reinstalled the original doors and trim to bring this home back to life.
