Ipe Docks
A beautiful collection of Ipe docks from the Muskoka region. We installed the sleepers on 3/4 of these docks in addition to the Ipe decking and fascia. Hidden fasteners used on the decking with the fascia predrilled, plugged and continuous sanding to promote equal fading over time.

Ipe Deck in Missisauga
An Ipe deck we built off of a second floor master bedroom. The clients loved copper as you can probably tell! The whole thing was built on top of a floor system we had framed into the existing house and supported with a new steel column on top of a new footing.

Curved Kayu Dock
We built this dock a couple years ago. Heavy duty design and the rounded corners are constructed out of steel. LumberRock sleepers, Kayu decking and cedar fascia. The rounded fascia pieces were pre-fabricated by Cutting Brothers to avoid using composite.

2017 backyard oasis
A backyard oasis we designed and built entirely in house in 2017 while we were still operating out of burlington ontario. We started a northern division in 2019 and moved up to muskoka to start a family leading us to pull out of the gta entirely in 2022 so we could better serve our northern clients! This was a fun one and a project i will always remember

Tall fences make good neighbours!
There are only two limitations in construction; imagination and budget. This backyard drops 4' at the back making the 6' tall fence feel more like 2'. With neighbours on each side, and two directly behind, the challenge was gaining privacy while improving the functionality of the yard without breaking the bank. The solution was a terraced backyard and a shed that blocks the view of the neighbours. The design was inspired by minimalist Scandinavian architecture with the intent of having the shed blend into the surroundings and coordinate seamlessly with the new fence. The result was what we had hoped for. A private backyard with an out building, new covered deck and a fire pit. The shed is 7' off the fence at the back providing ample storage that is concealed from view. Peaceful, tranquility! Obviously, this project is not as glamorous as a multi-level Lake Joe boat house. But in terms of impact, it was a complete transformation that changed how the space was utilized, how it feels every day, while providing privacy for the owners, and their neighbours.
