Job Description

As a Construction Manager, this job entails effectively managing a job site(s) as per the HummingbirdHill standard procedures and checklists. Duties include controlling the highest quality standards of all trades and suppliers activated, work closely with the corresponding Project Manager in controlling schedules, budgets, site documentation, health & safety, and site logistics. A strong custom home construction knowledge base and a team player who manages relationships well and strong communicator.
