We completed the structural rough wood and steel framing for this custom modern residence in King City, Ontario. Our crew installed heavy structural steel beams to enable open spans, constructed all high-wall framing, and built out the complete flat roof framing system. From engineered joists and roof strapping to exterior wall sheathing and weather barrier preparation, this project highlights precision framing built to handle complex modern architecture.
