Designed as a complete demolition and new build near the conservation area, our team led the full scope including architectural design, structural engineering, mechanical coordination, and 3D visualization. Clad in Arriscraft Cambridge Renaissance stone with standing seam metal roofing, the residence integrates textured plaster interiors and a suspended fireplace in the great room, uniting all design disciplines under one point of accountability.
