Our team was brought in to address structural deterioration and water intrusion issues affecting the facility’s concrete slab and surrounding infrastructure. Project Scope: - Concrete & Slab Restoration The existing concrete slab was severely aged, showing cracking, surface failure, and active water seepage. We removed damaged sections, repaired structural weaknesses, and restored the slab to ensure proper drainage and long-term stability. - Water Intrusion Mitigation Identified areas where water was escaping through the floor. Completed sealing, patching, and reinforcement work to eliminate leaks and prevent future deterioration. - Piping & Infrastructure Repairs Inspected all piping embedded in or running through the slab. Repaired or replaced compromised sections, ensured proper support, and restored full functionality. Outcome: The project resolved the structural and water‑related issues affecting the slab. All concrete repairs, piping adjustments, and sealing work were completed to restore durability, safety, and reliable operation within the facility.
