Modern Transitional Custom Home Design in Caledon

We designed this modern transitional custom home in Bolton, Caledon, ON, featuring 5,800 finished square feet of living space. Developed in Revit, the design pairs a refined stone and brick exterior over a sturdy wood frame with an expansive, functional interior layout. The floor plan includes 4+1 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, highlighted by an open-to-above grand foyer, sunroom, dedicated library, and full private ensuites for the bedrooms. Our design development process focused on maximizing natural light, seamless room transitions, and long-term livability.
