Mel Sarrasin

I fabricated a custom large blind flange and fry pan for an industrial client based on provided technical blueprint drawings. This was a rush fabrication job requiring precision layout, sourcing materials, and designing parts using Omniwin nesting software. I operated the CNC plasma table to cut the components cleanly, followed by careful finishing work to remove sharp edges and spatter. Safety planning was essential to maneuver the large materials into the shop. After installation on the facility piping, the client reported that everything fit perfectly.
