Rieger ContractingThe fire happened at 7:30 on a Friday. We were on site installing our turbidity curtain Saturday morning, ensuring any debris didn't get away. We had equipmeny on site the following week, and were able to start the clean up not long after. Believe it or not, we were delayed in the full clean up waiting for a demolition permit from the township. We cleaned up the best we could until we ontained it, then the steel was removed. We had one of our barges on standby, but luckily we were able to remove everything from shore.

No word on the cause. It was so far gone I don’t know how anyone could pin point what happened. Nobody was on the property when it happened, and it was a sunny evening. Could’ve maybe been electrical but who knows.

Would you guys keep us posted with this one please? Very curious to learn what the cause was. There could be lessons that help all of us prevent this in the future. Thanks!

Jeez. Do you know the age of the boathouse and cause of fire yet? Nice work for an unfortunate circumstance.

What a shame. At least you were able to respond quickly.
