This stairs and utility area remodel features durable wood-look plank flooring installed across the floor and staircase with metal edge nosing. Custom cuts were carefully fitted around existing utility fixtures, including the water heater tank and exposed plumbing lines, ensuring a clean and continuous layout. The wood-pattern planks extend onto the stair risers and treads, complete with protective metal stair nosing on each step edge for enhanced safety. Finished with white perimeter baseboards, the space delivers a clean and cohesive look.
