Herringbone Hardwood Flooring Installation

We installed custom herringbone hardwood flooring over a concrete subfloor with a full moisture and sound barrier system. Proper subfloor prep is essential for lasting parquet floors. We first applied a moisture barrier to the concrete slab and glued down cork underlayment to provide an effective sound barrier. Once the acoustic base was set, we spread adhesive and carefully aligned the interlocking herringbone pattern for a clean, seamless finish.
