Custom Stainless Steel Guardrail | Blueberry Island

We fabricated and welded custom stainless steel picket guardrails with a durable powder-coated finish for a waterfront boathouse dock on Blueberry Island. Welding stainless steel pickets requires extreme precision and high attention to detail to keep the entire railing assembly perfectly flat. To manage heat distortion across all the pickets and posts, we utilized heat sinks and prestressed every component during fit up before laying down each clean weld bead. The completed rails were powder coated and transported to the island for final installation on the deck.
