Custom Corten Steel Retaining Wall & Stone Coping

We fabricated and installed a custom Corten steel retaining wall integrated seamlessly into existing landscape boulders. Working with 1/4” steel plates in a tight site required careful fabrication from the start. We created wood templates to map the curve and coped the steel directly into natural stone boulders, carving a slot in the rock and torching the plate edge for a tight, flush fit. The internal steel framework was welded and anchored, then later filled and topped with custom stone cap coping to accompany the sliding hot tub cover platform.
