Pheasant Lane Custom Engineered White Oak Flooring

We installed custom 7" x 3/4" rift and quarter sawn engineered white oak hardwood flooring throughout this Pheasant Lane residence. Collaborating with ContempoStudio, our team completed full subfloor preparation, moisture mitigation, and moisture testing before securing the Canadian-made flooring with a full trowel glue-down system. We incorporated both classic straight planks in 2–10 ft random lengths and intricate herringbone patterns, followed by full site sanding for a seamless, square-edge finish. We also refinished all existing stairs to create a consistent look across the home.
