Arena to Recreation Barn Conversion & Concrete Prep

This arena-to-recreation-barn conversion project involved extensive subfloor preparation, electrical rough-ins, and large-scale concrete slab pouring. The process began by leveling the dirt arena floor and running in-ground electrical conduits and floor boxes throughout the interior. A heavy-duty vapor barrier was installed across the entire wood-framed arena, covered by an elevated rebar reinforcement grid. A concrete boom pump was deployed to efficiently pour the new concrete floor, transitioning the structure into a durable, functional recreation barn.
