Underground Drainage Installation in King City

We completed the underground drainage rough-in and sump system installation for a large custom home build in King City. Our team excavated and installed two 6-foot fiberglass basins, designating one as a sewage ejector pit and the other as a primary sump pit to manage subsurface water and waste. We laid extensive runs of underground PVC drainage piping throughout the basement footprint, bedding them in gravel and connecting fixtures, vents, and collection points. All underground drainage lines and basin connections were fully prepped and set to grade, ready for municipal plumbing inspection and subsequent backfilling.
