Radius window jamb and casing

The client want to replace a 30 year old radius window that had developed a leak. The new window arrived and we had to make our own jamb extensions and casing. Bent laminated jamb extension was a blast, brought me back to preforming bent lams at the stair shop! I used a different method for the casing, it was similar to what was there before. Once I had the correct layout of each individual piece I used a router to give me a clean radius. This is was carpentry is all about!
