Downtown Oakville stair and handrail installation

I recently had the opportunity to work on a commercial project in downtown Oakville. The goal of the designer was to change out the post to post glass system to a more heritage style “over the top” railing. The post and spindles were custom made by a Markham based manufacturer, A&D woodturning, they are the best in the business. The rail is a custom profile that was ordered through a stair and railing supplier in Barrie. The designer had a conceptual plan for the railing system and it was up to me to deliver the product! This project was a great test of patience and pre planning because most of the execution of the project was completed on weekends.
