Second Floor Bedroom & Bathroom Renovation | Parkside

This second-floor renovation in Parkside transformed the upper level with modern custom bedrooms and luxury bathroom suites. We completed a full redesign featuring a custom primary suite with integrated vanity lighting, dark wood millwork, and large-format sliding doors. The updated bathrooms showcase floor-to-ceiling tiling, floating stone vanities with dual sinks, frameless glass walk-in showers with built-in bench seating, matte black fixtures, and wall-mounted toilets. Throughout the second floor, ambient LED backlighting and sleek modern finishes create a cohesive, contemporary living space.
