01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This full gut renovation and multi-story addition in downtown Toronto modernized a three-story Victorian home while preserving historic character. We reinforced the original structure to support a new rear second and third-floor addition, expanding the overall living space. The interior was completely reimagined with updated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, open-concept living, herringbone hardwood floors, and exposed brick accents. Original exterior brickwork and Victorian details were restored to enhance curb appeal, pairing classic heritage with modern functionality.
