First big build as part of Hummingbird, completed in 2019. This one was an all electric, highly insulated, low air leakage build. We achieved a 0.91ach50 despite the silly amount of cantilevers. This project featured the deepest residential geothermal drill at the time. Polished concrete floors on every level. 400amp service (super normal now but not as normal at the time).
