Custom Waterfront Home Construction | Sailor’s Retreat

We completed a ground-up custom home build on a tidal bay site with complex floodplain restrictions and intricate structural concrete work. The design features a swimming pool integrated directly into the house structure, pre-weathered cedar siding, and European aluminum-clad windows and doors with warm wood interiors. Inside, the residence includes a detailed metal and glass staircase, custom hickory wood flooring, and specialized wood staining throughout open-concept living spaces opening out to waterfront views.
