Ground-up custom pool house and swimming pool construction overlooking the Massachusetts North Shore coastline. Built within a century-old Olmsted landscape, this project required extensive logistical planning to preserve the historic surroundings without disruption. Custom details throughout replicate the architectural character of the historic main estate, featuring arched ellipse-shaped window and door headers, reclaimed local Rockport granite, herringbone brick flooring, Venetian plaster walls, hidden screens, and a custom dark green bar and kitchenette.
