We designed and installed a complete smart home automation and multi-room audio-video system for this passive-inspired custom residence. Powered by Control4, the system brings intuitive control over multi-room music, architectural lighting, motorized window coverings, high-performance Wi-Fi network coverage, and dedicated home theatre entertainment. Our integration extends seamlessly outdoors to the covered stone patio and pool deck with multi-zone exterior sound. The installation also includes robust smart security systems with high-definition surveillance cameras for full peace of mind. Every element was coordinated from early construction through final programming.

Hard to believe it was almost 8 years ago, but this was the house where it all started for me at HHH. I landed in late at the framing stage and was tasked with a variety of back framing and pre-trim items to take care of. Once the dust settled, I was invited back to take the lead on the Walnut features in the Primary Bdrm and Dining Rm/ Foyer! Again quite challenging in the finer points of the design, but the outcome was worth all of our collective efforts! Wonderful clients to work for as well ! 😊
