Cottage Water Treatment & Mechanical Room in Muskoka Lakes

We recently completed this comprehensive cottage technical room in Muskoka Lakes, featuring a full lake water treatment and distribution system. The setup includes a high-capacity pressure tank, whole-home UV disinfection system, dual cartridge filtration, and a dedicated tannin filter. We plumbed a complete home-run distribution manifold with dedicated hot and cold PEX lines and a recirculation pump for instant hot water throughout the cottage. The mechanical room also ties seamlessly into the indirect hot water heater and hydronic in-floor heating installed by SMHComfort for Hummingbird Hill Homes.
