Thunder Jet Aluminum Boat Repair & Fabrication

We repaired severe hull and transom damage on this Thunder Jet aluminum boat by cutting out the crushed metal and fabricating new panels from scratch. The trickiest part of this marine fabrication project was keeping the boat's body lines straight and true. After shaping the custom aluminum panel to fit the cutout section, we completed a full structural weld-out to restore complete strength and watertight integrity, building it to perform reliably back out on the water.
