Mortimers Point Cottage and Boathouse

My first project as a site super. Thrown right into the deep end with this one. Complex reveal and finish details gave little room for error. Projects like this are not possible without the contributions from highly skilled and meticulous trade partners. Throughout the build, it was my first time exposed to techniques, processes and the different stages of building. This includes, excavation, foundation, complex framing, hvac, fully integrated Lutron smart home systems as well as modern reveal detail carpentry. I was challenged by my project manager and resulted in my desire to take on more complex work and buildings of high architectural merit.
