Mueller Custom Build Inc., a boutique custom builder renowned for crafting exceptional high-end homes, boathouses, docks, and landscapes in the Muskoka region, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the uncompromising quality standards that define our reputation. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Oversee daily site operations, maintaining a focus on safety protocols and quality control. Manage and supervise sub-trades and co-workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Document site conditions, activities, and progress with thoroughness and accuracy. Uphold our commitment to quality standards and building code compliance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Coordinate site readiness for sub-trades and material deliveries. Assist in material coordination and verification. Collaborate with the project team to proactively address and resolve project challenges. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the seamless execution of project milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any deviations from plans. Interpret construction documents and identify solutions to plan discrepancies. Assist in managing client expectations, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the building process. Provide mentorship and guidance to construction crews, empowering them to excel in their roles. Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and essential documentation. Participate in and guide municipal inspections. Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure impeccable quality. Manage project close-out activities, including final inspections, deficiency resolution, warranty work, and site demobilization. Perform physical carpentry labor to complement the work of the onsite team. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of company policies and procedures.
