The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to closing and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing project estimates and quotations, and following up on project opportunities. The role involves regular interaction with builders, contractors, and architects, as well as close collaboration with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to prospect, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing - Experience with construction material estimation or reading architectural drawings is an asset - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience in the construction, architectural, or building materials industry is a plus - Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and ERP platforms is an asset; training will be provided - Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Architecture, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
