Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and maintain clear communication across internal teams, trades, vendors, and clients Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved Manage relationships with multiple vendors and partners, ensuring accountability, quality standards, and timely execution Maintain strong attention to detail across project documentation, budgets, scheduling, and workflow processes Implement and refine operational processes to improve project efficiency, consistency, and client experience Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate shifting priorities or project scope adjustments Provide leadership and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations Deliver a high-touch, client-focused experience by proactively communicating updates, resolving issues, and supporting the overall project journey Qualifications & Skills Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence leading meetings with diverse stakeholders Proven experience working in complex, multi-project environments Demonstrated leadership capability and experience guiding teams through project delivery and change High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and project coordination Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management / construction software considered a strong asset Process-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships About Catlin Catlin is a premium design-build firm delivering thoughtfully crafted custom homes and transformative renovations throughout the Halton region.
