Help Build the Future of Hiring in the Skilled Trades At Projekt Network, we're building the workforce ecosystem for the skilled trades. Our platform helps contractors find talent, tradespeople showcase their skills, and businesses build stronger teams through technology, AI, and industry connections. We're looking for our first Product Success Manager to help contractors succeed on the platform, drive hiring outcomes, and shape the future of construction recruiting. This is not a traditional customer support or recruiting role. This is a hybrid position that combines customer success, recruiting, account management, and business development. You'll work directly with contractors, tradespeople, and our leadership team to ensure customers achieve real results using Projekt Network. What You'll Do Drive Customer Success • Guide businesses through onboarding and adoption • Help customers create effective job postings and Trade Partner Requests (TPRs) • Ensure customers are receiving value from the platform • Identify and resolve barriers preventing hiring success • Build strong relationships with contractors and industry leaders Support Hiring Outcomes • Review job postings and candidate pipelines • Assist customers in identifying qualified candidates • Proactively connect businesses with relevant talent • Help improve hiring efficiency and recruiting strategies • Gather insights on hiring trends and customer needs Grow Revenue • Reach out to companies posting jobs and Trade Partner Requests (TPRs) • Convert engaged users into paid subscribers • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upgrades • Support customer renewals and retention efforts Improve the Product • Collect customer feedback and hiring challenges • Identify opportunities to improve the platform • Work closely with our leadership and development teams • Help shape the future roadmap of Projekt Network What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will: • Help contractors achieve measurable hiring success • Increase paid subscriber retention • Convert free users into paying customers • Improve engagement across jobs and TPRs • Become a trusted advisor to businesses across the industry What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you have experience in: • Construction recruiting • Skilled trades staffing • Customer success • Account management • Construction operations • Business development • Workforce development • Apprenticeship programs You don't need experience in software. You do need experience working with people, solving problems, and building relationships.
