Handyman / Maintenance Worker

Locations: London, Burlington & Multiple job sites Terms: Full-time Job Summary Looking for an experienced, skilled Handyman to manage general repairs, basic trade work, and property maintenance across job sites in London, Burlington, and Waterloo. Requirements • Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or general trades • Language: Good communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and report issues clearly. • License: Valid G Driver's License Key Responsibilities • Perform troubleshooting and repairs in carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, painting, and caulking • Safely operate heavy-duty power tools (saws, drills, grinders, sanders) and equipment • High-quality finishing work • Manage site prep, transport materials, and maintain strict safety standards across locations • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
