Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. | Muskoka, ON Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a full-time Crew Leader – Softscape to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong plant knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a crew while delivering high-quality landscape installations. ________________________________________ About Us Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. is a design/build/maintain landscaping company based in Port Carling, Muskoka. We specialize in high-end residential properties and take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and maintaining long-term client relationships. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a softscape crew on-site • Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards • Interpret landscape drawings and execute planting plans • Perform hands-on work, including: o Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials o Soil preparation, grading, and bed installation o Mulching and finishing work • Monitor crew productivity and maintain a positive team environment • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites • Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management • Complete daily logs, timesheets, and reporting ________________________________________ Qualifications • 3–5 years of landscape or softscape experience • Previous leadership experience preferred • Strong plant identification and horticulture knowledge • Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings • Valid G driver’s license (clean abstract preferred) • Ability to operate trucks and basic equipment • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working outdoors in all conditions • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented ________________________________________ Compensation & Perks • Competitive hourly wage based on experience • Performance-based bonuses • Opportunities for advancement within a growing company • Benefits available after one year ________________________________________ Schedule • Full-time, seasonal position • Start times typically 7:00 AM • Occasional Saturdays (weather-dependent / rain make-up days) ________________________________________ Additional Requirements • Steel-toed safety boots required • Must have reliable transportation to our Port Carling location ________________________________________ How to Apply Please submit your resume to: naturalimagesmuskoka@gmail.com We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
