Crew Leader – Garden Maintenance Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. | Muskoka, ON Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a full-time Crew Leader – Garden Maintenance to join our growing team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident leading a small crew while maintaining strong relationships with clients. ________________________________________ About Us Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. designs, builds, and maintains beautiful, functional landscapes throughout the Muskoka region. From detailed garden maintenance to large-scale property care, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service with professionalism and attention to detail. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a small maintenance crew (typically 2–3 team members) • Plan and organize daily tasks, materials, and equipment • Complete and manage client work logs / daily worksheets • Perform hands-on garden maintenance, including: o Pruning and plant care o Weeding, edging, and cultivating o Fertilizing and soil care o Spring and fall clean-ups • Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and completed to a high standard • Drive company vehicles to various job sites across Muskoka • Communicate professionally with clients and team members ________________________________________ Qualifications • Minimum 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience • Previous leadership or crew supervision experience preferred • Valid driver’s license • Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to work in various weather conditions • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented ________________________________________ Compensation & Perks • Competitive hourly wage based on experience • Performance-based bonuses • Opportunities for growth and long-term advancement • Benefits available after one year ________________________________________ Schedule • Full-time, seasonal position • Start times typically 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM • Occasional Saturdays (weather dependent / rain make-up days) ________________________________________ Additional Requirements • Steel-toed safety boots required • Must have reliable transportation to our Port Carling location ________________________________________ How to Apply Please submit your resume to: naturalimagesmuskoka@gmail.com We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
