Job Description

-Set forms according to proper elevations, slope, and brace them for porches, steps, and additional slabs. -Cut and tie rebar as per drawings and specifications. -Screed, level, and finish concrete. -Spread and level stone for base preparation. -Install insulation and wire mesh as required. -Install sanitary sewers and storm sewers, with the proper slope, specifically for basement and garage drains. -Read and interpret construction drawings, grades, and site layout plans -Maintain a safe job site, conduct toolbox meetings, and enforce safety procedures -Communicate effectively with project management, inspectors, and subcontractors
