Over the past six and a half years, I have built a career in residential construction, first as a project coordinator and now as a project manager, specializing in climate-conscious renovations and custom home building. Most recently, I have worked with a non-profit organization in partnership with community land trusts to rehabilitate scattered-site affordable housing, improving energy efficiency, building performance, and long-term livability. My work is driven by a commitment to creating sustainable, resilient homes that have a meaningful social impact.

Co-managed the site preparation and erection of a new single storey rural residence. Coordinated electrical service connections, septic tank, and well connections as well as overseeing the forming and pouring of insulated structural concrete slab foundation. Supervised the insulation and air tightness detailing to ensure Net Zero performance objectives were met.
Directly managed the construction of a PHI qualifying, architecturally designed, four- season residential cottage with high performance envelope and low-carbon structural slab foundation. Successfully managed the prefabrication panel installation, air sealing, interior finishes, exterior cladding elements as well as electrical and plumbing rough-ins & fixture installs. Electrical and plumbing lines were kept in-slab to avoid passing through exposed visual grade framed walls and HVAC penetrations were carefully planned and detailed to ensure air tightness targets were met.
