This Green River custom rebuild in Washago, ON transformed an old seasonal cottage into a high-performance, four-season residence. We managed the full project lifecycle from controlled demolition and debris removal to the complete custom rebuild. Navigating complex shoreline setbacks and environmental zoning allowed us to expand the building footprint while maximizing river views and natural topography.
