This wet vented floor drain rough-in provides reliable drainage and code-compliant venting set into the gravel subbase before pouring concrete. I installed the underground drainage lines, cleanout access, and floor drain assembly, connecting the drainage system to the wet vent and fixture piping within the timber stud wall framing. Water supply lines and primer lines were routed through the framed walls to complete the underground and in-wall plumbing rough-in.

I replaced an outdated chrome kitchen faucet with a modern brushed finish high-arc faucet featuring a pull-down sprayer. The previous fixture was showing significant wear, mineral buildup, and corrosion around the base plate. After removing the old unit and preparing the stainless steel sink deck, I installed the new single-handle gooseneck faucet complete with an escutcheon deck plate. The new fixture provides improved clearance, smoother operation, and convenient pull-down spray functionality for everyday dishwashing.
